This was a unique take on the horror genre. The story took place in the 1970s and was about a failing late-night show that tried to boost its ratings during sweeps week, which happened to take place over Halloween. Side note: this was not based on a true story. Several supernatural-type guests were booked and, as you might guess, things didn’t end well.
