Jake and I went on vacation last week. We stayed at the same cabin as last year (in Ridgway, Elk County, PA). Much like last year, we pretty much stuck to the cabin–not for any real reason other than the fact that there’s nothing to do up there. We did run into town one day. I wanted to check out the local artists gallery and pick up a piece to remind me of the trip.
Unlike last year when COVID raged, this year was pretty relaxing. Ralphie was also a very good boy and we were able to leave him off leash outside most of the time. The weather was great, too. We had a bit of rain late one evening and then a few sprinkles through the morning, but nothing that negatively affected the trip. I could have stayed a few more days, but it’s back to work today.
